• The transaction was procured by leveraging our local reputation and professional relationships in the Texas markets.
• The Seller has completed extensive renovations at the Property, including exterior improvements beyond market standards, as well as interior upgrades of approximately 56% of the units.
• Upgraded units have been collecting higher rents even through the COVID lockdowns. The Sponsor intends to continue charging higher rents for upgraded units while reducing operating expenses to market.
