Aaron Weisman grew up immersed in real estate and has spent his entire
career as a real estate investment professional.
In November 2005, Aaron accepted a full time position at Marcus & Millichap as a Senior Investment Analyst for one of the top producing brokerage teams in Los Angeles. There, Aaron managed a team of analysts to underwrite hundreds of millions of dollars of various product types and personally presented the results to owners and investors.

As part of our strategy, Gomel Capital Partners aims to build a diverse portfolio of residential real estate and investments in the associated sector, with a particular emphasis on apartment buildings with reliable income flows.
