How The Journey Began?

The son of a real estate investor and the grandson of a real estate attorney, Aaron Weisman grew up immersed in real estate and has spent his entire career as a real estate investment professional.

In November 2005, Aaron accepted a full time position at Marcus & Millichap as a Senior Investment Analyst for one of the top producing brokerage teams in Los Angeles. There, Aaron managed a team of analysts to underwrite hundreds of millions of dollars of various product types and personally presented the results to owners and investors.

About Gomel Capital Partners

As part of our strategy, Gomel Capital Partners aims to build a diverse portfolio of residential real estate and investments in the associated sector, with a particular emphasis on apartment buildings with reliable income flows. Our goal is to raise rents, increase tenant satisfaction, raise property prices, and boost investment profits. Additionally, we could buy residential properties in prime locations that we think provide excellent chances for capital growth, such as those that need repositioning, refurbishment, or redevelopment, as well as those that are offered by distressed or time-pressed owners at attractive rates.

If we think there are chances for capital growth or income, we may also buy stakes in real estate assets of other kinds, such as commercial, retail, and industrial.

Our Values

Different real estate subsectors perform differently. Distinct market pressures will have different effects on how each sub-segment responds. The least volatile of the real estate subsectors due to the absence of “anchor tenant risk,” flats are the only type of property that the most cautious institutional investors choose to invest in. No one tenant leaving an apartment building can significantly affect rents in the same way that a big box chain in a shopping mall or a major company in an office building may.
